Dear Member of Government,
A wide spread public emergency is now festering across the country that threatens to kill at random like a “terrorist bombing” or a “snipers bullet” innocent men, women, children, without regard to religion, or race, the problem is with the buildings throughout Jerusalem and Israel; They Are Crumbling Upon the People Below. The people of Israel are all at risk from sudden death due to falling chunks of concrete above their heads.
This letter is being sent to all members of the government, mayors and media that have a legal and moral responsibility to act immediately within their sphere of influence, listed on the left of this letter.
Failure to act on this threat to all citizens of Israel constitutes “gross criminal negligence” if someone dies or is seriously injured, then you might in the future be held “legally responsible”
We the people of Jerusalem and Israel hereby demand from our public servants to immediately take action to: assess, record, cite, enforce and fix all dangerous buildings public and private.
Buildings in Jerusalem and all over Israel pose a threat to the public due to Gross Negligence by all City leaders and federal officials
1) Assess the problem starting with busy areas and public buildings.
2) Record problem buildings and match them with owners.
3) Cite owners of dangerous buildings to fix the problem
4) Fix the problem with city funds in cases of unresponsive owners and
Put a lien on the property for payment.
5) Funds for city beautification should be diverted to help pay for the cost of renovations for indigent owners with inability to pay.
6) City workers must be diverted from non-essential work to assessing the problem with photos and training.
7) Everyone listed is RESPONSIBLE: You must at minimum circulate a letter to the responsible individuals and demand action from them with follow-up. Media must report this story with the seriousness it deserves holding public officials accountable.
Lemallah is an organization that has the broad support of Jews, Arabs, Christians to change this governmental system with The Kingdom of David; “A Royal Constitutional Democratic Republic” with a Global Vision of Mutually Assured Security, Freedom and Prosperity.
