Rastafarian The Last Religion
Name at birth: Tafari Makonnen Regent to the Empress Zauditu from 1916, Ras (Prince) Tafari Makonnen succeeded her to the throne of Ethiopia
in 1930, proclaiming himself Haile Selassie (“Might of the Trinity”). An autocratic ruler, he modernized Ethiopia
and led the resistance against Italian invasion (1935). Selassie was exiled in 1936, but restored to power in 1941
with the assistance of the Allies in World War II. By the 1970s the region”s droughts and famines had taken their toll
and Selassie began to lose popular support. He was deposed in a military coup in 1974 and died while under arrest.
His remains were found in 1992 beneath a toilet in the Imperial Palace, and in 2000 he was interred in the Trinity Cathedral
in Addis Ababa.
1930, after the death of Empress Zauditu, Ras Tafari Makonnen was crowned emperor, upon his ascension to emperor, he took as his regnal name “Haile Selassie”, meaning “Power of the Trinity” A new religion is born, the last religion, Rastafari, stemming from the Emperor”s given name of Ras Tafari Makonnen.
Reestablishment of The Kingdom of David
The reestablished Kingdom of David in Jerusalem Israel shall be a system of many state institutions to safeguard the Throne of King David. First and foremost will be making absolutely certain the heir to the throne is of the bloodline of King David. This will be done by the elders and governors being convinced that the person being put forth to sit on the throne of David must be the descendant of King David and King Solomon, failing to find an authentic descendant of David will result in the Throne of David remaining empty with a caretaker government in charge to preserve while awaiting the authentication of a blood heir to King David. It is claimed by many that this heir can be found in the deposed Ethiopian family of emperor Haile Selassie. The Rastafari religion is the hope of black slaves for a deliverer, a messiah to bring global justice and respect to the children of Africa in the diaspora and bring them home to the mother country of Africa from which they were taken. And while many Rastafarians will never accept the death of Haile Selassi as being true, indeed many did not come to his funeral. However notably, the wife of deceased musician Bob Marly was there to mourn his loss at his funeral. King David himself mourned the loss of his loved ones and was himself mourned by those that loved him. The Rasta masses must take the example found in the Bible and mourn the loss, even if they are destined to rise again in renewed life, power and glory, we should still mourn their loss now.

The restored Kingdom of David is a global political system that stems from the promises of God to King David, “In the last days the broken tent of David shall be rebuilt” and “there shall never fail an heir to sit on the throne of David” The Kingdom of David government will bring world wide respect and justice to the Children of Africa.
